Although your divorce may be traditional, how you and your attorney approach the process can be different.
Most couples begin their divorce journey as a Traditional Divorce. The attorney each spouse selects and his or her style of practice will ultimately affect the outcome for you and the impact of your divorce on your children.
Traditional Divorce in Michigan
Homier Law accepts a limited number of Traditional Divorce and Post-Judgment family law cases. After practicing for over 17 years, Barbra understands that attention to detail, strategic planning and her availability to meet her client’s expectations and legal needs is fundamental to a successful outcome. Honesty, integrity, prompt communication, and careful planning of your divorce case are all non-negotiable at Homier Law.

Can Be Expensive
The parties difficulty in reaching agreements and the complexity of the issues in your divorce directly impact how expensive your divorce will be.
Investment
Barbra offers an hourly fee option with retainer for Traditional Divorce and Post-Judgment Family Law Services in Michigan.
A Flat Fee is not available for this type of divorce process.
Hourly Fee with Retainer
An hourly fee with a retainer is the only option available for this type of divorce because it is still a traditional, litigated divorce process.
